The price displayed at time of purchase is the price you will pay and will in general not be affected by price increases or decreases. We are unable to offer a discounted price should the price of an item decrease after you make your purchase.
All voucher and discount codes must be entered on the 'Shopping Basket' page before proceeding to the checkout and cannot be applied if not entered at time of placing the order. If a code does not apply a discount please check the valid dates.
Promotional codes are limited in nature and may expire or discontinue with or without notice. Promotional codes are void where prohibited by law. Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise offered. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason.
Max-Leisure.com reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
All products are currently inclusive of delivery costs as part of the final price, this is subject to change at the discretion of Max-Leisure.com at any time without prior warning to you the customer.

We sometimes hold stock of a few items, however, most inflatables displayed on Max-Leisure.com are made to order in our warehouse with lead times of approx 7-21 days.
During busy periods the lead time duration could increase.
You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time before the expiry of 14 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the products. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until they are received by us. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, however, returned delivery fees will be paid by the customer. By placing an order with Max-Leisure.com you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You are at least 18 years old and you have provided your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and any other requested information.
The cost of postage, packaging and insurance to return the goods will be borne by the customer and goods must be returned to Max-Leisure.com in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The cost of delivering the goods will be deducted from any refund. The only exception to this rule is the purchase of 'bubble footballs' which the buyer must pay return postage in full. There may be a re-stocking charge (in the case of large items, this fee may be substantial). If goods are not received back in perfect condition and in their original packaging Max-Leisure.com reserves the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund or credit on any item. Any costs to redeliver the goods will be payable in advance by the customer. If the goods have been removed from their original packaging or assembled, your right to cancel may be forfeited.
If your order is made to order with custom colours/logos then a refund cannot be processed or the contract cannot be cancelled.
All order cancellations or returns must be notified to us by e-mail only.
Delivery of goods
Before signing for your goods, please ensure you check the outer packaging. If there is noticeable damage to any part of the packaging, please sign the delivery note accordingly. We cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit if you have not indicated damage on the delivery note. We must be notified via e-mail in writing at the address below within 72 hours of delivery of any damaged packaging. Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery costs to the customer and the return to our warehouse. There will also be a minimum 15% restocking charge. Max-Leisure.com cannot be held responsible for any shortages, damages or defects notified to us after 72 hours from delivery.
Our delivery service delivers your purchase to ground level on large or heavy items. Depending on the delivery company and their individual health and safety policy, this may mean your goods are delivered to kerb side. Our free delivery does not include the driver taking your purchase upstairs internally or externally. Drivers are not insured to enter your property. Our one man free delivery service may require assistance from you to assist or move the goods from the drop off point into your home. Please do not ask the delivery driver to lift heavy items without sufficient manpower, as this will often be in breach of Health & Safety legislation.
Goods will normally be delivered within a 2-14 working day period.
You bear the risk once the products have been signed for/delivered.
We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible. During our busy season (October through to December) please allow up to 14 working days for refunds and replacements to be processed. All refunds will be made using the same payment method where goods are purchased using the same card or PayPal account used at the time of placing the order for goods purchased online.
If your order is made to order with custom colours/logos then a refund cannot be processed.
