Free Delivery
All sales made through Max Leisure.com include free delivery.
In some instances particularly on larger items such as game tables or commercial gym equipment an additional installation fee is optional for you the customer before checkout. This is not a hidden cost and you will not be able to process the transaction without selecting if you will require the installation service.
Although we aim to process and deliver the items the next day, delivery times for different items vary. All estimated delivery times are displayed on the product page before checkout. Delivery times can take as little as 2 days up to 20 days in some instances.
A confirmation email after checkout is provided with full delivery details including arrival date, and where permissible estimated time and tracking number.
For larger items we ask that you be present at the delivery address. We may call in advance to confirm your presence on the day.
To make the delivery process as smooth as possible please inform us in advance if there are access restrictions
Before signing for your goods, please ensure you check the outer packaging. If there is noticeable damage to any part of the packaging, please sign the delivery note accordingly. We cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit if you have not indicated damage on the delivery note. We must be notified via email within 72 hours of delivery of any damaged packaging
Max Leisure cannot be held responsible for any shortages, damages or defects notified to us after 72 hours from delivery.
Depending on the delivery company and their individual health and safety policy, this may mean your goods are delivered to kerb side. Our free delivery does not include the driver taking your purchase upstairs internally or externally. Drivers are not insured to enter your property.
You bear the risk once the products have been signed for/delivered.
As of July 2015 all purchases will be made to order and will be imported from our overseas manufacturing facility directly to your door. Due to high demand for individual customization on 90% of orders it has proven far more efficient to distribute from the factory directly to our customers. Orders are delivered via DHL and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any import charges for their order outside of Europe.
Please note that all orders are made and delivered subject to the availability of stock. In most cases PJ LIFESTYLES Ltd will contact and allow you to cancel in the rare event we cannot honour your transaction due to an item being out of stock. MaxoMil reserves the right to cancel transactions at any time with or without prior consent by the customer.
